Coating with superior quality standard
The DuraTech® coating process is performed by a modern automated system that consists of pre-treatment and preparation of the surfaces of products and parts to later receive the e-coat (base) and the finishing layer (top coat), same coating standard used in automobiles and in truck cabins, which makes Randon Implementos the only manufacturer of semi-trailers in Latin America to offer this differential and operates of one of the most modern and complex coating plants in the world in this segment. The advantages of this technology are a better quality and finishing standard for the chassis coating, with greater durability and resistance to corrosion, in addition to excellent gloss and color retention.
